How does the ezWaiter partner program work?
The ezWaiter Partner Program allows Web Developers and Designers to purchase our ezWaiter Enterprise system at a discount, with support for demo license.
To participate in our partner program, you will first need to create an account by Clicking here.Once you have a partner account, it will allow you to
access the Partner licensing system which provides you with the ability to purchase ezWaiter systems at a discount. It is your responsibilty and duty as a partner to provide your customer with the installation, maintenance,
design, ongoing support, etc. of our system. We only provide you with the software (hence the large discount). Technical Support DOES NOT include help with installation - we recommend you purchase and install a demo license so that
you know how to install the system for your clients.If you can't install it, there are ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS. The partner program does not include any benefits for the Hosted version of ezWaiter. [Top]
What are the requirements to maintain my Partnership?
To maintain your partnership, you are required to sell a minimum of 1 single user license system every six months. If you fail to meet the
minimum requirements, your account will be closed and you will be ineligible to participate in our partner program for a minimum of six months.
Durring that time, you will be required to purchase the ezwaiter system, installation and support from us at the regular prices and we will manage the
installation of the system. Once you are eligible for re-entry into our partner program, your account will be unlocked.

What is the Demo License for?
The demo license is available to our partners, so that you may demo our Enterprise system with your
services to your clients. The software does state demo and it is not allowed to be resold to a third party. This allows our partners to get a good feel
for installing the system, customizing the design and demoing it to their clients directly from their own website. We provide our partners that purchase
the demo license, 1 year of technical support, which includes help with installing your demo system. As a new partner, we highly recommend that you purchase
a demo license to get a good understanding of how to install the system for your clients. If you purchase a license for a client and never purchased a demo and
can't install it, there are ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS.

What type of support do I get as a Partner?
Since this is a new program for us, the support provided to our partners will be developed over the next several months. Right now what you get as a partner
is discounted pricing on our systems. In the future we hope to provide additional support and services to help you market your partnership with us, as well
as providing different levels of support depending upon your level of partnership with us. We want to make sure that this is a mutually beneficial partnership.

What am I responsible for as a Partner?
As a ezWaiter partner, you are responsible for making sure that your clients hosting meet the minimum requirements for hosting our system. You must also provide
valid licensing information for your clients system. You are also responsible for making sure you have the staff and/or skills to successfully install the software on your clients server.

Can I get a higher discount on Pricing?
If you are a high volume partner, you will become eligible for higher discounts based upon the number of systems sold. The price decreases in increments of 10. Once
you have sold 10 licenses, you will be eligible for a higher discount.
