System Requirements

These are the minimum requirements necessary to install ezWaiter enterprise on your server. If you do not have the minimum requirements prior to purchasing with installationwe will charge 75.00 an hour to install any additional items required:

Apache Webserver (can be *nix or on windows)
PHP version 4 or higher
IonCube Support (ALL FILES ARE ENCODED with the exception of templates and config file)
mySQL Database version 4 or higher with phpMyAdmin access
You must have the ability to modify permissions on files and directories
An account with an online faxing service if you plan to fax your orders (eFax, maxemail - we recommend, etc)

Additional Requirements

If you are installing yourself, you must have moderate experience installing a mySQL database, setting permissions and installing a web application manually. If you do not purchase installation and you cannot install yourself, you will be required to pay an additional fee for installation. If you are choosing to install the scripts yourself, you must have some experience with PHP/MySQL/ionCube files in order to set-up (We recommend at least 2 years of working knowledge). We provide documenation on how to install ONLY. If you do not purchase installation, NO INSTALLTION SUPPORT will be provided - PERIOD, only instructions on how to install.

If you choose to have us install the scripts on your server, we will be contacting you to get additional information.

The system is customizable using CSS and the header and footer files. Installation includes the initial installation of the database and scripts onto your server ONLY, NOT design services It is your responsibility to either customize the site to your needs, or hire someone that has experience with PHP, CSS, & HTML to customize it for you.

If you wish to use a different method of payment (credit card, check, wire transfer, etc) Please contact us for payment details.

If you wish to remove the ezWaiter information from the site, you must purchase the UNBRANDED version.

Software is NOT available for immediate download for security reasons Orders are processed in the order they are received and may take anywhere from 1-48 hours to process from the time of purchase.
